Financial Aid Process at St. John's Jesuit

  • Complete the FACTS Grant and Financial Aid Application
    • FACTS charges a $35 processing fee to complete the application
  • Key Dates:
    • Early Application Process for new students (Award will be sent at the end of January with acceptance letter):
      • November 1-December 31
      • Previous year’s tax return 2017
      • Previous year’s W-2
    • Traditional Application Process for new students (Awards will be sent as they are completed):
      • January 1-February 28
      • Previous year’s tax return 2017
      • Previous year’s W-2
    • Returning Application Process (Awards will be sent as they are completed):
      • March 1-April 15
      • Current year’s tax return 2018
      • Current year’s W-2
  • Two Payment Options:
    • Annual payment of tuition and fees due July 1st
    • Monthly payment of tuition and fees over a 10-month period
      • Monthly plan is set up through FACTS
      • There is a $150 payment plan fee
      • Payments begin in July
  • How assistance is determined:
    • Recommendations from FACTS are reviewed by a committee who determine the final award amount based on the families need
    • It is important to remember that assistance is available on a first-come basis and that it is critical to complete the FACTS application on the recommended due dates
