How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in St. John's Jesuit! Our campus is open and we are currently scheduling tours, testing opportunities, and information sessions by appointment.  Our hours are 8:30 a.m. -  3:00 p.m. with flexibility.  We welcome you to explore our website and look forward to connecting with your family soon.

Step 1*  
Complete and submit your application here.

Step 2*
Have your student’s current teacher or counselor complete an evaluation. A copy of your student’s most recent grade card can also be accepted if your student’s current school is unable to complete the evaluation. Evaluations or grade cards can be emailed to admissions@sjjtitans.org or sent by mail to 5901 Airport Highway, Toledo, OH 43615  ATTN: Admissions

Step 3*
Complete a placement test (not applicable for students entering grades 10-12).  Register here.
