
More than 4,000 sq. ft. of spacious fitness area accommodates up to 100 people at one time. The area is used by all our competitive teams to implement strength training sessions. Gains in strength, flexibility and stamina help each athlete develop his athletic talent to the fullest as well as help protect him from injury.
In addition, the Lyden Center's 55 weight training and cardiovascular stations are used by phys-ed classes. It is open for individual training which leads to lifelong fitness.
Professional trainer Dr. Dustin Winkler is a vital asset to the Lyden Center. He works with both individual and groups of students.

The Auxiliary Gymnasium opens up many opportunities. It makes possible an intramural program for more student participation. Winter sports practices are held conveniently without competing with each other for a single basketball floor.
Preseason training for spring sports, always limited by winter weather, also enjoy a suitable indoor space.
