Academics Plus

The Academics Plus (A+) Program enables every student in the High School and Academy to reach his full academic potential. Students are encouraged to take responsibility for their own learning in a supportive environment with a multitude of resources.

Drop in tutoring is available daily during school hours in the A+ Learning Center AND after school Monday through Thursday from 3:15-4:45. A mathematics specialist and writing specialist are available during school hours.

The Learning Center:

This facility features Kurzweil-equipped computers, individual study carrels, small group seating to facilitate one-on-one tutoring and study sessions, and carpet for a quiet, welcoming atmosphere.

We are proud that 60% of the student body uses the A+ Center during any given semester.
