Summer Reading: AP Seniors, 2008

Updated July 18, 2008:

Everyone should have picked a book for individual reading by now. That book will be the basis of your senior research paper and will be the subject of your earliest essay in class.

This year's reading assignment will be George Orwell's 1984. Students should purchase a copy soon and have the reading assignment completed by the first day of class in the fall. Since students will own the book, they should make notations/underline/highlight as they read. It is also recommended that a reading journal be kept, as it will serve as a review for the first test coming on the second day of class. Enjoy!
