Tributes

Tribute gifts provide a meaningful way to honor someone, to perpetuate the memory of a loved one, or to celebrate a birthday, graduation, or noted achievement. When a tribute gift is received, we send notification to the person, or the family of the person, in whose name the gift was made. This notification does not include the amount of the gift.

The donor also receives a letter of acknowledgment, confirming the amount of the gift and indicating that the intended recipient has been notified of the gift.

Information required to make a Tribute Gift:

· Your name, address, and telephone number.
· Reason for the tribute.
· Name and address of the person(s) who should be
snotified of the gift.
· Amount of the gift.
· Check or credit card information.
